Structural Peer Review of construction documents including plans, specifications, and calculations for physical security design of a new $20 million dollar, single-story, 51,675 SF outpatient clinic (OPC) including site, architectural, MEP, structural blast and progressive collapse.  The new OPC includes specialty services including primary care, mental health, specialty care and diagnostic services. Applicable Codes:  IBC 2012; VA Structural Design Manual, H-18-8 VA Seismic Design Requirements 2006, VA Physical Security Design Manual, ACI 318, and AISC.
