Innovative Engineering Inc. served as both the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection consultant & Structural Engineering consultant for the DD Form 1391 and project development plan brochure for the Navy's "first-of-its-kind" Petroleum Oil Lines (POL) infrastructure hardening, resilience, repair, and restoration project.

Also provided a Security Risk Assessment for the project to understand the potential AT/FP threats for the area, and designed each hardened structure to withstand AT/FP attacks as well as potential war-time attacks.
